What the care plan covers
A website needs attention after its launch. Contact information changes, service descriptions need edits, and software and hosting need upkeep. The care plan brings routine website support into one arrangement so you have a person to contact when something needs attention.
- Hosting management and SSL: care for the hosting setup and encrypted website connection.
- Updates and backups: routine upkeep and a recovery path appropriate to the site's platform.
- Monitoring and performance checks: watch for availability and loading issues that can disrupt visitors.
- Small content revisions: up to three per month, such as updating contact details, replacing a supplied image, or editing existing text.
- Support: a direct point of contact for questions about the managed site.
Agree on the scope before making changes
A small revision changes an existing part of the site. A new page, new design, booking integration, custom feature, or photography session is a separate project. We confirm the scope of an update before work starts so you know whether it fits the plan.
The care plan supports the website's operation. Ongoing marketing campaigns, publishing new articles, and an SEO ranking campaign are separate work. A well-maintained site gives those efforts a stable place to send visitors.
Monthly or annual pricing
Choose $49.99 per month or $499 per year. Before enrollment, we review your website and agree on the supported platform, access needed, backup arrangements, and what is included. Existing sites may need setup or migration work that is quoted separately.
Some new website packages already include a hosting term. Hosting included in a build and the optional full-management care plan have different scopes; we clarify the coverage so you can choose what you need.
Signs your current website needs attention
Broken forms, outdated hours, insecure pages, and slow-loading images can frustrate potential customers. If you already have a list of problems, send it with your current website address. We can discuss whether ongoing care, a focused repair, or a website redesign is the best next step.
